Today was a pretty good day for me! I went to a job that I actually enjoy, helped some people and made some new friends at the same time. You know what they say about a friend in need..... Nevertheless those of you who really know me -should know whom I spend the majority of my free time with. That is correct, its my two daughters (hence the picture). Tuesday was yet another Daddy and girls day out. We went to the dollar show at 5:20 to see this movie called Penelope. It was surprisingly good. I had planned to go to sleep and awake when the pain stopped, but it caught my attention. See this young girl had a pig nose passed down from a family curse and it could only be broken by marrying some rich sucka. Well she quit hiding and learn to love herself and broke the spell. My kids asked what I thought? I said its all about loving your self enough to know that as imperfect as we are, we are made perfectly like how we are suppose to look. The rest of the world can kick rocks cause it aint gonna change.
We then went out to Ryans and got stuffed on everything from ribs, corn, steak, salad and baked pork chops. Do I have to say it was good!!! During dinner we all took turns talking about what our day consisted of and then went shopping at Burlington's Coat Factory. We came back home and made sure the cribb was tidy, jumped in our respective showers and had a family Bible study amongst us 3, said our prayer and they went to bed and I came to blogg....
Its funny sometimes to think I never wanted kids. Now that I have them, I find balance and peace. I love my kids and enjoy spending time with them ( at least for now!)
I just hope that I am a positive figure in their lives and hope they grow into beautiful God fearing women.
