Is it me or have you noticed that companies are really big on customer service but not so much when it comes to internal customers???? Case in point: I recently helped and older customer find her destination and then turned and saw another person who works for my company walk past me as if I were an criminal he couldn't bare to look at. I was under the view point that were should always be cordial but especially to those of the family......right?
I began to look closer at this and realized that many co-workers walk past other staff and look away or at the ground. Hummmm, but why? Is is it like this everywhere? I am sure Google doesn't run this way nor does SouthWest Airlines.....
