This trip to California.......wheeeeew (part 1)

I wasn't really planning on take this trip to California, but I felt the need to get away and clear my head. There is no better way than flying half way around the world to get it done right-lol! Sent the kiddies to Ohio and got with Southwest and worked out a little sum sumthing and BOOM here I iz!
It has been interesting to say the least. When I got to the airport, I dang near had to strip down to nothing. Then this big burly dude patted me down, for a long time. I almost asked him to at least buy me dinner before he went further. Apparently, it was a tiny metal piece inside my wallet that caused all the problems. I am sure on the flight back, I am only wearing a male thong and my drivers license. I was thinking perhaps I was a criminal after all that activity-lol!
Well I had my first flight was on a smaller plane that took me to Milwaukee before heading out. I met a funny male airline attendant. He was cool and cracked jokes. The thing I liked most about him was that he seemed to enjoy his job. He had a big smile on his face and was friendly to all the passengers. I guess he got paid a lot of money or was just having a good day! Finally touched down in Cally and went to San Diego first. Man its freaking cold up in this piece. I mean cold to the point that I had to go to the $2.00 store (they really have one) and purchase some warmer gear. I rode the little bike drive cart with an obvious crack head and then went to the Ocean! The ocean stinks!!! It smells like fresh stinky fish. Yuck, why do people swim in that? The 2ND day I saw the train or trolley thingy. It cost $5 per day or discounts when you buy longer times. I rode from the good to the hood and got a little worried. Pictures to come. I even found that route that takes one all the way to Tijuana! I started to go but I was told that gangs and bad people do less than good things to Americans. I decided to go else where. Over all its fun in this town, but I am basically sight seeing solo, so I am gonna visit my friends for the rest of the trip. I am not gonna tell you what happen during open mic night, but thank you CN for the material-lol! Stay tuned!
