What do U consider a leader?

I am sure that if i asked a 100 people who they consider to be a leader, that I would get 200 different responses-lol! Some may consider Some may consider President Obama, Django, Superman, a Police Office or Lebron James for that matter. But the truth of the matter from my viewpoint, is knowing the world is composed of 95% followers of 5% leaders. Think about it, every group of 2 or more people has a natural born leaders within them. You know who the person in the group who has the bright ideals or makes the decision about what the group is going to do for the project or what direction what ever is poppin will go down. O.k. enough of that, let me get to my point. John Legend sang some words in a song and stated " vengeance is the Lord's work, but he was gonna get his first", those words reminded me of how crazy this world has become. That crazed man shot up an elementary school, people getting high off of bath salts and the love of mankind cooling off to the point of no return.So whom ever you consider to be a leader Klearly ain't doing a good job. I admit that in some areas things have gotten better, but again the bad always out weights the bad doesn't it. I am gonna make this short and simple. A leader is a catalyst, someone who can encourage others positively to do better without changing themselves. This takes dedication, knowledge and love. Don't be fooled N2 thinking that someone who can run fast or shoot a ball good is a leader and please don't fall for the "open door policy at your place of employment". A leader is the parent who makes the effort to be a parent, a good employee and a strong christian ( I been on both sides of that fence-lol). Leaders are scared and sometimes fail like everyone else, the only difference is they make moves regardless of their fears! I personally was afraid of public speaking years ago, but now I jump in front of a crowd every chance I get! Why? Because I became tired of watching others jack up the sitautaion and left me thinking I could have done it better. I want the ball in my hands with 8 seconds left on the clock, I want to give the speech to the investors at work and I want everlasting life. I want to be a leader for my family, friends and myself. I am ward.....
