I klearly must be a bad customer service magnet because I promise to Popeye's chicken that I gets my fair share of it daily! Just today, I stopped by Kmart to get a plastic shelf holder and ended up getting $73 worth of items that probably could have waited. As I waited in this long line, I heard the super ghetto "check out chick" twalking crazy to the customer in-front of me.I knew what to expect when I got up front. So here we go! She looked at me and I saw a touch of crazy in her left eye as she started to swipe my items past the scanner and then it happened! She broke my jar of pickles. I was standing there and still don't know why she slammed the jar down when all she had to do was to swipe it. She stood there looking at me with pickle juice and broken glass all over the belt. She took off and came right back with paper towels (obviously not enough because she decided to go back and get the whole role). She then called her supervisor and asked what should she do now. The supervisor looked at me and the girl and said who broke the pickle jar? Nobody responded because it klear they who broke it. They grabbed my bread and squeezed it and thought I was gonna keep it....NOT!!!! Finally the mess was cleaned up and the line was extra long. Then ghetto girl looked at me and smiled and asked did i find everything I needed. I just walked away. I wasn't trippin over the attitude of the check out chick, I just am amazed at the customer service of many of the stores of today @ times. I was just hoping that maybe I could get a hello and thank you. Didn't happen on this day huh?
