So I was parlaying at the cribb today trying to get some much needed sleep with the t.v. on (Not a suggested move) the Tyra show. The topic centered around men and their interracial love affair with Asian women. I tried to sleep but the points were so good, my brain traded sleep for curiosity-lol! I understand Tyra need to have controversy to keep this show moving, so she kept digging at the men who loved the Asian women. I felt like she wanted the men to say that all women are the same and it was ((them)) who treated them differently! I was proud of the men because they stood their ground to Wendy Williams Jr!
The men basically were saying that culture and up bringing of Asian women is that of submission, not a a door mat, but to respect the man as the head of the house and her life in a loving way. (Hey that is in the Bible... but neva mind that) It wasn't anything negative that I saw, but the women in the audience sure had the opposite perspective! They was talking about how women need to be heard and not taken advantage of and must be respected as an equal partner.Again, the men said it was their preference....end of story! I must admit I have to agree that--- it is personal choice!!! Just like I don't like Chocolate Ice cream, who cares???
It is no secret that I say "Women are karzee and men don't make them that way", but the show did make me ponder about how my brothers really feel about women in general?
At the end of the day, Men want to come home to a clean house, hot meal, well behaved children and a loving mate! I mean really is that too much to freaking ask? Of course I am talking about a man who puts God first in his life! Yet and still even the hardest thug can still benefit from a good woman.
Seems like the roles in society have changed from when I was a kid. More women are in the work force and away from home and when they get home they ain't trying to cater to no hard ankle. They want what the men folk want......quiet and relaxing time. Men can't expect the woman to earn half the bread and do all the house work-lol! Yeah, its got to be balance and communication for the perfect woman to come to reality!
Speaking of the perfect woman. Well, there ain't none! Period. However, there are a lot of good women who know what men want and need and make it happen. I tend to agree that the Asian woman do this better than most, but the men who have it don't appreciate it always, but those who do... will kill for they women. Women here is some free Wardy advice. Communicate with your dude, ask him how was his day and what you can do to make his life easier. Be swift about hearing and slow about speaking,give him affection and encouragement and don't talk crazy with your friend backed crazy theories about his choices or actions and finally tell him how you feel and what is on your mind!
Oh snap I gotta go, I see May ling coming with my warmed bath robe and peeled grapes!
