How many times have you heard women complaining about things that men do that women would never do, because the men would be upset if they did the same thang? So the question is, why is it o.k. for the woman to do things that she knows will bother the man???? Well, its clear 2 me that the women have double standards that will benefit them as well.
It seems like a whole lot of women completely overlook the fact that they do things 2 men and get away with things that they would have a serious issue with if the shoe was on the other foot!! In fact, many women put a lot more weight into the "what if" aspect of a situation instead of paying attention to  how much of an impact it really has on them or the relationship. If men didn't have control of our/their emotions and reacted without thinking, spent time planning and plotting oh how to do things to intentionally hut y'all or teach y'all a lesson, constantly violated  y'alls privacy and trust  or searched for things that have had no direct impact on the relationship to make a big deal out of y'all would have a serious issues with our actions--Wouldn't you? But since y'all are women, I guess that makes it o.k. to do these things to men and not expect it back.
It has been found that women have a major tendency 2 overthink and focus energy on things that they have no control over and have no direct impact on their relationships. Worrying about what he thinks/fantasizes about or what he talk about with his friends on the phone, is not really going to make your relationship any better! I feel if women could step back and realize how a lot of things  y'all do is negatively impacting your relationships that you all claim to care about so much!
I realize that men are not perfect and they are quite a few of us out here are making it look bad for the majority of good dudes, but that doesn't mean the remainder of us are like that (we can and often times  do change and evolve). Once a man finds a good woman, they can become a powerful team. Did you know 1st marriages in the united states end in divorce 50% of the time and 2nd marriages end in divorce 60% of the time?  Also, couples that date to long before marriage have the fastest record of divorce. They show that they don't have the commitment level to you and that it maybe someone else other better than you. So I guess if double standards come in to play here......well lets just say "Let me know how that works out for you".
So men and women have relationship killers in their love lives but it would behoove us all to become self aware before we find our selves cuddling up with a good book on a Friday night instead of out watching Ride along 2 ...................with our sweet pea....

4 thangz about Communication:101

1. Actions that you don't agree with can be conversation stoppers. Talk about what you'd prefer and try to find some balance and a way for you to get more out of what's going on.
2. If it's a difficult topic, to avoid hurting someone's feelings, it's best to share your insights gently. This will also help you resolve things more easily.
3. It's hard to make conversation if you feel like you talk about the same subjects all the time ( I call this circles because they never end). Each should share something of interest daily with their mates. Read the Awake or Newsweek for Pete's sake!
4. Upon occasion, we believe we've had a conversation with our partner when what actually happened is that we thought about the conversation instead of having it. I do it all the time lol. I have a whole argument and break up and make up session in my mind before she even knows what happened!
5. Some people are too lazy to want to engage in conversation. They'd rather text on the phone and stare at a TV instead of using their heads and hearts to connect with someone they claim to love.
6. There are times when even the best conversationalist will be too tired to put words together. Being too exhausted to talk is something you may experience at times. If this happens, lovingly tell your mate that you'd like to chat about this later. And make sure that you're the one who brings the topic up again.
7. Don't try to be a mind reader. You may think you know what your partner is going to say, and so you don't bother bringing it up. This type of behavior is a recipe for hurt feelings. Just say the words and avoid the problem.
8. Eavesdropping is an unreliable way to get information. Just because you think you've heard something doesn't mean you got it right. Check it our before you get offended or clam up. I can't stress this one enough.....
9. Unhealed anger will cause almost anyone to withhold conversation. If you're mad at someone you love, tell him or her and get it out, so you can get back to normal. This is especailly hard if you are not a good forgiver. I have faith it can be done.
10. If you're a busy person, you might not think about taking time out to talk with those you care for. Make sure that your life doesn't take away from your love. Check in on a regular basis. The conversations don't have to take long; they just have to take place.
Take every opportunity you have to connect with the people you care about. The easiest way to do that is to talk with them.
*Without communicaition is a rough road to travel. Don't be a detective in your mate's life, try being the person they fell in love with.
